Production Worker Trillium Pacific Millwork, Inc. - 1.0 Hubbard, OR Job Details Full-time $19 - $24 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Machine operation Manufacturing Clean workspace maintenance Sanding Communication skills Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Production Worker- SWING SHIFT This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you'll help produce high-quality wood products across a variety of nightly projects. You'll be responsible for assisting machine operators, hand-sanding materials, supporting production tasks, and keeping work areas safe and clean. This position requires good attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a diverse crew. If you enjoy hands-on work and want steady Monday-Friday hours, this could be a great fit. Pay is competitive, with eligibility for monthly bonuses.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Compensation:
$19 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist with operating production and shop equipment safely and efficiently Perform hand sanding, surface prep, and basic finishing tasks Feed materials into machines and monitor output for quality Follow instructions and work orders with strong attention to detail Help move materials and completed products as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support team efforts across multiple projects throughout the shift Communicate with co-workers and jump in where needed to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn multiple tasks and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to work well with a diverse team Positive attitude and good communication Previous shop or machine experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided About Company Our company is an architectural millwork manufacturing business located in the Pacific Northwest.
