$17.00/hour RDF&P is hiring Sandblasters to join our Powder Coating team. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely. This job may move to swing shift after training. What You'll Do Sandblast steel parts in preparation for powder coating Clean, prep, and move materials throughout the shop Operate blasting equipment and hand tools Operate a forklift Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with general production duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications No experience required, training provided Ability to wear a full-hood forced air respirator Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Overtime opportunities Advancement opportunities within the company Please note!
