SALARY :
$19/hr.
LOCATION
: Lake Oswego, OR
SCHEDULE
: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 3:00pm to 11:30pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist press operators with the setup, preparation, and teardown of flexographic printing jobs, including plate mounting, ink mixing, and material staging. Support production operations by loading and unloading rolls, maintaining material flow, monitoring basic machine performance, and reporting equipment issues. Perform quality inspections on printed labels to verify alignment, color accuracy, and overall print quality while assisting with production documentation and job tracking. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by cleaning press equipment, ink systems, work areas, and properly managing tools and production materials.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or GED required Experience in a print shop or manufacturing/production environment preferred Candidates with printing, press support, or similar hands-on production experience strongly encouraged Comfortable working in a support role assisting operators with cleaning rolls, handling inks/dyes, and maintaining workflow Ability to follow direction, stay on task, and work in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, and working around machinery.
