What You'll Do As a Rewind Operator, you'll play an important role in the finishing process by operating equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and meet strict quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Receive job assignments and review job specifications for production requirements Select proper cores and rewind methods based on job needs Review job documentation to ensure finishing, packaging, and shipping requirements are met Operate rewind and inspection equipment to process finished label products Monitor material flow through machines to identify cutting, winding, or quality issues Inspect products for accuracy, including color, size, die cuts, perforations, print quality, and quantity Assist with cutting, collating, wrapping, and packaging finished products Complete production paperwork and documentation for each job Package finished goods for shipment to customers Perform basic machine maintenance and replace blades as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards What's In It for You?
