Production Associate (Entry-Level) — Medford, OR Boise Cascade's most valuable asset is our employees. Hourly Pay:
$23.00/hour Shift Pay Differential (swing, grave, roto + $0.85 - $1.05/hour depending on shift) Full benefits package including Medical, RX, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Retirement Savings, with potential production bonuses! Opportunity for Advancement We're looking for people who want to build a career here—not just a job. After 90 days, high- performing team members may have opportunities to advance with a pay increase to $24.59/hour. Other pathways include increased responsibility, additional training and skill development including Electrician, Boiler and Millwright apprenticeship opportunities based on business needs and performance. What You'll Do This role includes a variety of tasks that support the production process, including: Performing production duties in a fast-paced, modern industrial environment Cleanup/housekeeping and maintaining a safe, organized work area Following all safety requirements, policies, and supervisor directions Completing physically demanding work as needed to support operations Basic Qualifications Safety- and team-oriented with a demonstrated consistent work history and/or education Ability to follow directions and adhere to high safety standards Willing and available to work weekends and any shift Must be 18 years or older Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a physically demanding maintenance, production, or manufacturing role
