About us Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette (GICW) is looking to hire Production Associates in Newberg, OR. We are fast-paced, fun, and engaging. Our mission is to Provide Vocational Opportunities to People with Disabilities as well as Others with Barriers to Employment . GICW operates retail stores, outlet locations, two online shopping sites, and attended donation centers.
