About the Role We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Graphic Product Assistant (PA) to join our team on-site. In this full-time role, your primary responsibility will be the production of custom-printed helmet logos and graphics. You will create & manage the technical graphic workflow from the initial client concept through to production-ready files. Communicating simple to complex graphic design concepts and the printing process with our sales team and their customers. A Note on the Nature of this
Role:
> This position is strictly a technical production role with consistent day-to-day tasks. Because the work is repetitive, we strongly discourage individuals looking to grow creatively as professional graphic designers from applying . However, if you are someone who enjoys steady, challenging, predictable production work, thrives on technical accuracy, and prefers executing precise tasks, you will be a great fit for this position.
Key Responsibilities Client Mock-Ups:
Create accurate visual representations illustrating exactly how a client's logo or graphic will display on our helmets for initial approval.
Production Techpacks:
B2B (Business to Business) Generate comprehensive, legally binding "techpack" documents for all purchased orders. Then internally use document as a production blueprint.
Vector Art Preparation:
Ensure all artwork within the techpack is scaled, vector-based, and completely production-ready for a pad printing process.
Specification Management:
Accurately document all critical production information within the techpack, including: Exact PMS colors Specific helmet model and color Precise locations of the printing on the helmet Exact size dimensions for all embellishments
Required Skills & Experience Experience:
2+ years of industry or similar working experience in a production art environment.
Software Proficiency:
High-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Adobe Illustrator.
Education:
No formal college education is required (a degree is considered a plus).
Bonus Skills:
Prior knowledge or experience with the pad printing process is a strong advantage.
