Job Description

Custom Cabinetry Order Entry Specialist Schedule:
Monday-Thursday + Half-Day Friday Overview We are seeking an experienced Order Entry Specialist with a strong background in cabinet manufacturing order entry. Proficiency in Advanceware Software (now 2Configure Design) is highly preferred, though training is available for the right candidate. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all customer-submitted Advanceware orders accurately reflect the intended production requirements for custom cabinetry. In this role, you will work closely with customers, kitchen designers, and our Cabinetry Engineer to facilitate smooth, accurate, and timely order processing. You will provide feedback, clarify design details, and help guide users through the order submission process to ensure a positive and productive experience. Key Responsibilities Enter, review, and verify custom cabinet manufacturing orders with a high level of accuracy. Process and interpret Advanceware / 2Configure Design orders to ensure alignment with production requirements. Collaborate with customers to confirm that submitted orders match their intended cabinetry designs and specifications. Work directly with kitchen designers to provide guidance, answer questions, and share feedback on order accuracy and best practices. Train customers and designers remotely on the use of Advanceware / 2Configure Design software. Partner closely with the Cabinetry Engineer to clarify complex details and ensure accurate production instructions. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in cabinet manufacturing order entry required. Experience with Advanceware / 2Configure Design strongly preferred; training available for qualified candidates. Solid understanding of custom cabinetry components, construction methods, and industry terminology. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work effectively with both customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment. Proficiency in Windows-based systems and general computer applications. Work Environment & Schedule Standard work hours: Monday-Thursday , with a half-day Friday schedule. Collaborative environment working closely with engineering, design, and production personnel. Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
