Job Description

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing Production Associates to join our team in Alburtis, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble product components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing or production environments Familiarity with assembly line procedures and techniques Proficient in using hand tools and power tools Forklift experience is a plus (not required—training provided) High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Strong team player with excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production needs
Additional Duties:
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Fabricate and modify parts as needed to meet design requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets Perform routine inspections of tools, machinery, and equipment Assist with material handling and forklift operation as needed (training available) Call us today at (484) 225-6185 or apply directly online at: www.focusjobs.com
