We're hiring a Production Assistant to support our crews in the field. This is a hands-on role for someone with some construction experience who can handle responsibility without needing to be micromanaged. What You Get Company truck + gas card Company iPhone & iPad Paid training Performance-based bonuses Mostly no weekend work Steady, consistent work with a clear system What You'll Do Work alongside crew leaders to keep jobs running smoothly Set up job sites (protection, materials, equipment) Operate equipment like the Equipter (we'll train you) Handle material runs and support deliveries Take job photos and complete basic daily documentation Keep truck and materials organized Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Requirements Some construction experience (required) Experience driving a truck with a trailer (including backing up) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Shows up on time and works hard Can follow a system without cutting corners Comfortable using a phone for photos and basic apps Who This Is For Someone with basic experience who wants a more organized company Someone who takes pride in doing things right Someone who wants steady work without the usual roofing chaos If you've worked in roofing or construction before, you already know how most companies operate.
