Lebanon Valley College Position Opening:

Assistant Professor of Music Production The Lebanon Valley College Department of Music invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Music Production. This is a full-time, nine-month, three-year renewable contract position, beginning in August 2027. Qualified candidates must have contemporary professional experience in any of the following: Studio Recording, DAW Production, Mixing, Mastering, Immersive Audio, Electronic Music, Sound Design, and/or Live Sound. The position requires a master's degree or equivalent professional experience. Previous teaching experience is highly preferred. The position's duties include assisting in the maintenance of on-campus studios, teaching 12 credits per semester, participation in various committees and student advising, and aiding in the recruitment and retainment of exceptional students. Lebanon Valley College will be renovating and upgrading our main performance venue into a state-of-the-art concert hall with active acoustics and spatial audio capabilities. Music Production faculty and students will be afforded the opportunity to explore and utilize object-based mixing and immersive audio technologies through this new facility.
