1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Hours may extend to 4:30 PM during busy production periods. Job Overview We are seeking a reliable General Production Worker to join a manufacturing team building trusses. This hands-on role requires the use of hand tools and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates with manufacturing or construction experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assemble and construct trusses using hand and power tools. Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform general production duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or construction. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to perform physically demanding, labor-intensive work.
