PM Overtime:

Potential for extended hours until 4:30 PM during busy production periods Job Overview We are seeking a dependable General Production Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the manufacturing and assembly of trusses using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential. Responsibilities Assemble trusses using hand and power tools Read and interpret tape measurements accurately Follow production specifications and quality standards Maintain a safe and organized work area Assist with general production and assembly duties as needed Support team productivity and meet daily production goals Required Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, assembly, or general labor Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with truss manufacturing Packing and shipping experience Additional construction or production experience Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
