General production workers $15/hr 1st shift: 6am-4:30pm Job Description This role supports a manufacturing operation that produces trusses by assembling components using hand and power tools. You will work primarily on the first shift, contributing to a fast-paced production environment and ensuring products meet quality and measurement standards. Responsibilities Assemble trusses using a variety of hand tools and power tools according to production specifications. Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to ensure components meet required dimensions. Perform general production and assembly tasks throughout the manufacturing process as assigned. Handle general labor duties such as lifting, positioning, and securing materials during truss construction. Assist with packing and preparing finished products for shipment or storage. Essential Skills Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in a manufacturing or construction environment. Ability to operate power tools for assembly work in a production setting. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Previous manufacturing or construction experience. Capability to perform general labor and production tasks, including repetitive movements and material handling. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and quality assembly.
