Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Position Overview Seeking dependable production workers to support the manufacturing of specialty piezoelectric components used in medical and defense applications. This is a highly repetitive production role focused on inspecting parts, stacking products on trays, packaging materials, and maintaining quality standards in a clean work environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect parts coming off production equipment for defects Stack and package components according to specifications Perform general production and assembly duties Support basic machine operation tasks Conduct in-process and final quality inspections Use hand tools and production equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Required Experience Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience Quality inspection experience preferred Ability to perform repetitive work with strong attention to detail Experience handling small parts/components Ability to follow work instructions and procedures Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Cleanroom experience Packing/shipping experience Medical device or defense manufacturing background Cross-training flexibility Benefits of the Opportunity Family-oriented work environment Stable first-shift schedule Clean, modern facility Opportunity for permanent hire 401(k) with company match upon direct hire Paid time off and 10 paid holidays No steel-toe boots required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellefonte, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
