• Posted on July 8, 2026 Published By Karen Segovia Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Bloomsburg, PA for a possible temp-to-hire opportunity! Pay rate is $23.09/hour (45% markup) with Union Pay due, which is one time pay every month $68.70. Schedule is 6pm
• 6am, Continuous Operations (days of the week will vary).

The Operator will be responsible to operate production equipment to meet quality/production targets and must show a commitment to environmental, health and safety and continuous improvement.

Duties:

• Administration and quality control
• Follows all safety procedures
• Operates one or more pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products while keeping pace
• Follow instructions
• Perform quality checks; visually inspect product for defects
• Completes required paperwork
• Positions will be night shift
• 12 hour, continuous operations
• Duties required may include tasks that are safety sensitive
• Overtime will be required
