Bradford, PA Starting Pay:

$20.31 per hour and will increase after 6 weeks

00 per hour = $21.31 Looking for a manufacturing, production, assembly, or hands-on industrial job? We're hiring Production Workers in Bradford, PA to join our manufacturing team. No prior manufacturing experience may be required-we're looking for dependable people who are ready to learn and contribute. As a Production Associate, you'll operate and monitor industrial equipment, troubleshoot production issues, use computerized control systems, and help produce corrugated packaging for customers across a variety of industries. Your Schedule We are currently hiring for all shifts. 1st and 2nd

Shift:

Swing Shift

  • One week on 1st Shift (7A
  • 3P) and the next week on 2nd Shift (3P
  • 11P)
    3rd
Shift:

11:00 PM

  • 7:00 AM, with startup on Monday nights
    The first week of orientation will be 1st shift, 8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM
    Your assigned shift will be communicated after orientation

You'll play an important role in keeping our equipment running efficiently and ensuring our products meet customer expectations. See how we make corrugated boxes and learn more about our corrugated products. What You Will Do Operate and monitor industrial production equipment to meet production and quality standards

Monitor computerized control systems and accurately enter production data

Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to optimize production and minimize downtime

Perform routine equipment care, cleaning and basic preventative maintenance

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications

Work as part of a team to achieve production, quality, waste and safety goals

Safely operate or work around mobile equipment

Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

Work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

What Will Help You Succeed You don't need corrugated experience to get started. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who are comfortable working with equipment and in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Experience that can help you succeed includes: Manufacturing or production experience

Assembly

Machine or equipment operation

Warehouse, packaging or distribution experience

Construction, agriculture or automotive experience

Forklift or mobile equipment operation

Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience

Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Corrugated packaging experience What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing, military, or industrial environment

Experience working with computers or smart devices
