Now hiring Manufacturing Associates for our team in Bridgeville, PA! Job Description Join a leading specialty manufacturer producing high-performance materials used in critical industries. This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a long-term manufacturing career while working in a safety-focused environment with unlimited overtime opportunities. Responsibilities Support daily steel manufacturing and production operations. Learn to operate production equipment and assist with machine setups and changeovers. Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility. Perform grinding, finishing, packaging, and other production-related tasks. Inspect products and use measuring tools to verify quality standards. Train on forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment. Maintain production records and support housekeeping and safety initiatives. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Skill Recommendations High school diploma or GED. Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift. Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, metal manufacturing, or blueprint reading is a plus.
