Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to support daily manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will assist with machine operation, material handling, product packing, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while adhering to all company quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery in accordance with established safety procedures. Load raw materials onto production lines and unload finished products as required. Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for storage or dispatch. Monitor product quality and promptly report any shortages, defects, damages, or equipment issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all company hygiene, health, safety, and quality policies and procedures. Support the production team in meeting daily output and performance targets. Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely. Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
