Job Description
Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 2 years administrative or business experience is required. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. We provide premium systems and services to the Department of Defense, government agencies, and commercial clients across areas including acoustic sensors, signal processing, combat systems, torpedoes, cybersecurity, knowledge management, and electronic warfare. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support to Managers and their staff of at least 40-45 employees. The Production Assistant will manage their calendars, meeting and travel schedule and associated arrangements, expense and time reporting, and other responsibilities to relieve the Managers and their staff of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities. The Administrator is expected to demonstrate poise, initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, precision, and adherence to confidentiality at all times. This position will also be required to support operations in the following capacities, including but not limited to: Shop Order Management (closeouts, etc.) Label/ABL Prep Technical Data Package Support ROM support (RMA/Production) Sell off Support We encourage you to apply if you have any of these skills or experiences: High school diploma or equivalent, plus related vocational training and at least three years of administrative or business experience; or at least five years of administrative or business experience Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense and time reports Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience coordinating multiple administrative projects, schedules, and task priorities Experience handling confidential business information and records What you'll experience Access to advanced technologies and mission-critical programs Opportunities to expand administrative systems, reporting, and scheduling expertise Exposure to innovative solutions supporting cyber, RF, undersea, and other mission domains Opportunities to gain new technical knowledge as it is discovered Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation What sets you apart Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, including document formatting, spreadsheet development, presentation creation, and calendar management Proficiency in business writing, editing, grammar, and professional correspondence Experience with expense reporting, timekeeping, and travel-management systems Ability to maintain accurate administrative records, schedules, and documentation Experience supporting administrative workflows in a confidential or regulated environment Our Commitment to
