As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving by assembling, packaging, and preparing products while helping maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants to be part of a team that works together to get results. What You'll Do Assemble components, cap and repack bottles, and build product kits. Work independently or alongside a team to meet daily production goals. Accurately record production information using basic computer and ERP systems. Identify and report defective parts, quality concerns, or equipment issues. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain quality and productivity. Help support overall production and customer service goals. Perform other duties as needed. What We're Looking For A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A reliable, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work. A strong commitment to safe work practices.
