What You'll Do Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial machinery used in paper bag production Perform machine setups, mechanical adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency Stack, sort, label, and prepare products for shipping Load and unload raw materials while keeping production running efficiently Follow production schedules, work instructions, and inventory procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude or machine operation experience required High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset Why Join Our Team?
