Job Description SummaryWe are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join our team in Findlay Township, PA. This role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality processes across our manufacturing operations to support our site's growth. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end quality assurance, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure strict adherence to industry standards and company policies. You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Sourcing teams to drive process excellence, identify and eliminate quality gaps, and maintain accountability for site-wide quality objectives and customer fulfillment
