•10:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Press Line Lead with a strong background in metal stamping to take ownership of our Heim press line. This leadership role requires hands-on press operation expertise combined with the ability to guide and develop a team of press operators. If you have 3+ years of metal stamping or mechanical press experience and a passion for leading production teams, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Operate and take daily ownership of the Heim press line to ensure smooth and efficient production. Perform or oversee press setups, changeovers, and necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation. Troubleshoot issues related to the press, feed systems, tooling, and overall production process. Direct, train, and mentor press operators assigned to the line, fostering skill development and teamwork. Monitor production output, quality standards, scrap rates, and downtime to meet company goals. Coordinate with maintenance, tooling, quality, and production management teams to resolve problems promptly. Ensure all operators strictly follow safety protocols and operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Support the growth of less-experienced operators by providing guidance and training to build a stronger team. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on metal stamping or mechanical press experience. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills related to press operations. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
