UNITED GLASS VENTURES
Production Team Member Full-time | Manufacturing | No prior experience required Build products that shape commercial buildings—from architectural windows and entrances to storefront, window wall, and curtain wall systems. Start a career in manufacturing United Glass Ventures is looking for dependable people to join our small production team. You will help manufacture custom architectural aluminum window systems used in commercial construction. No prior manufacturing experience is required; this is an opportunity to learn practical production skills, work closely with experienced supervisors and teammates, and grow with a young, expanding company. What you'll work on Architectural aluminum and glass facades. Window wall and curtain wall systems. Architectural windows. Aluminum storefronts and entrances. What you'll do Cut, process, and assemble aluminum profiles and components. Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and production equipment safely. Follow work instructions and check dimensions and finished work for quality. Work with supervisors and teammates to meet changing production needs and deadlines. Handle and organize materials while maintaining a clean, efficient work area. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices. What you bring Basic math, reading, writing, and measurement skills. Ability to understand and communicate work instructions and safety information in English; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Comfort using basic hand and power tools and reading a tape measure. Attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a production team. Reliable transportation to and from work. Carpentry, saw, or automated CNC equipment experience is helpful, but not required. Physical requirements Stand for 8-10 hours per day. Repeatedly lift 20-40 pounds independently. Wear required PPE, which may include a face mask, hearing protection, gloves, and safety glasses.
