We are seeking Food Production Associates to support a leading food manufacturing facility in Downingtown, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build valuable manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Food Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing high-quality food products while maintaining strict food safety, quality, and production standards. What You'll Do Inspect food products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met Remove defective or damaged food products from the production line Verify packaging integrity, labels, date codes, and seals Pack and prepare finished food products according to production specifications Support machine operators and production teams to maintain efficient operations Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas Report safety, quality, or operational concerns to supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed Follow all company safety policies and food safety requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods during 8 to 12-hour shifts Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds Maintain visual attention to food products and production equipment throughout the shift Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels, varying temperatures, and production equipment Why Join Us?
