Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production / Press Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Emporium, PA. This position is responsible for operating molding presses and sintering ovens, inspecting parts for quality, recording production information, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Load and unload 4 to 5 molding presses efficiently. Load and unload 3 to 4 sintering/front ovens efficiently. Inspect parts using various gauges and inspection equipment. Measure, gauge, and inspect parts for nonconformance according to control plans and inspection reports. Record measurements and document defects such as chips, burrs, cracks, and other nonconforming conditions. Complete process tags accurately for each job. Unload finished parts onto cardboard and transfer materials to skids or carts according to control plan requirements. Ensure proper materials are used and stocked in designated locations. Shut down presses when issues arise or when leaving the assigned work area, following company procedures. Record production, scrap, and labor hours in the Lilyworks system. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $13.50/hr.
