In this role, you'll play a key part in producing high-quality juice products while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and opportunities for growth. What You'll Do Operate and monitor bottle-filling equipment safely and efficiently Learn and become proficient on all filling machinery Ensure products meet quality standards for fill levels, capping, and labeling Inspect bottles for cleanliness and defects Perform basic equipment adjustments and report maintenance concerns Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Follow GMP, food safety, and quality standards Complete production documentation accurately Support team production goals and efficiency What We're Looking For Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed Work Environment Fast-paced food manufacturing facility Standing and moving throughout the shift Repetitive motions involved Cold production environment (33°-39°F) Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Full-Time, Year-Round Employment Overtime Opportunities Team-Oriented Workplace Apply Today!
