PRIMARY FUNCTION

Prepare, assemble and inspect quartz crystals and associated materials for production, ensuring all components meet precise specifications and quality standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble a wide assortment of products/components by reading and interpreting parts lists, drawings and written and verbal instructions. Perform comprehensive quality assurance procedures and inspections to ensure compliance with work instructions and drawings. Positions components by hand or by utilizing a variety of small hand tools, such as crimpers, pliers, tweezers, or screw drivers. Operate simple equipment occasionally. Provide support across different workstations to meet productions demands. Tasks performed in Clean Room/Chem Lab require specific PPE to be worn properly at all times. Requires strong concentration and focus for repetitive tasks combined with the ability to shift attention between varied duties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED is required Basic computer skills, including the ability to work within a variety of Microsoft Office products and other computer software applications Demonstrated proficiency in basic mathematics and the ability to read and interpret measuring devices to perform assembly tasks. Ability to read and comprehend work instructions Prior experience in a lab or clean room, use of a microscope, and familiarity with various chemicals is a plus.
