Job Description
Just In Time Staffing is partnering with a local food manufacturing facility to hire Line Attendants . This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for a long-term opportunity. What You Will Do Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods. Ensure products meet company and government quality standards throughout the production process. Inspect products and remove or correct products that do not meet quality standards. Record waste amounts as directed. Notify supervisors of quality concerns, ingredient or material issues, and equipment breakdowns. Follow all USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all required safety procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We Look For High school diploma or GED preferred. 0-1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors. Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed .
