HCL Operator:

HCL Fabricators are asked to perform a large variety of manufacturing processes across many different areas within the HCL department. This position falls within the scope of the FM Drug and Alcohol program and potential employees must pass FAA Drug Screen upon hire and submit to random testing as required. Other Production Roles may be available, and all candidates will be considered for all open Production Roles. These production areas are responsible for the quality of product and workmanship and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. All Candidates must be able to work off shift (2nd or 3rd) for an extended period of time.
