Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembler/Production Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused on assembling, packing, and preparing finished products for shipment. The primary responsibilities include folding and packing cardboard boxes with foam inserts, inspecting products for quality, stretch-wrapping and strapping completed orders to wooden skids, and assisting with general production and warehouse tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Previous assembly or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Fold and pack cardboard boxes with foam inserts according to company and customer specifications. Inspect products for quality and ensure they are properly packed before shipment. Stretch-wrap and strap completed orders securely to wooden skids. Stage and organize finished orders for shipment. Handle materials and products safely throughout the production process. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Use equipment such as box cutters, stretch-wrap machines, pallet jacks, and other production tools safely. Replenish packing materials and supplies as needed. Assist other departments with general production and warehouse tasks when needed. Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and punctual. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. Willingness to work occasional weekends based on business needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move around for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Benefits Competitive hourly wage.
