Job Description

Join Pella Corporation as a Manufacturing Associate for 3rd Shift and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to producing high-quality windows and doors. Enjoy a competitive base pay of $21.95/hr with a $2/hr shift differential, bringing your earnings to $23.95/hr. Plus, receive an automatic wage increase after just 90 days! Primary Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring the production of top-tier products.
Key duties include:
Learning and performing various assembly tasks with opportunities for cross-training. Operating equipment and tools according to production orders, maintaining precision and quality. Maintaining regular and dependable attendance to support a productive work environment. Upholding safety protocols and quality standards at all times. Required Experience Ability to pass pre-employment tests. Capability to lift repetitively 80-100 lbs, meeting the physical demands of the role. Strong teamwork and communication skills with a polite and respectful demeanor.
Work Environment Schedule:
3rd shift runs Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Overtime available).
Breaks:
Two 10-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid break per shift.
