Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with safety standards and production protocols Assist in processing activities, including packaging, labeling, and sanitation procedures Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other quality standards in production Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production process to maintain safety and product integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following strict sanitation and GMP guidelines Document production activities accurately using SAP or similar manufacturing management systems Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or safety hazards and reporting them promptly Qualifications Prior experience in production or food processing plant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety management practices Familiarity with manufacturing management systems such as SAP is a plus Strong understanding of quality standards in production and industry regulations Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards in production environments Effective communication skills for managing team interactions and managerial reporting Demonstrated commitment to maintaining sanitation, safety standards, and regulatory compliance standards in manufacturing settings Join our team if you're passionate about safety, quality assurance, and working within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence.
