WHAT YOU'LL DO
Keep the day-to-day screen-making process moving for all screen print operations Run and troubleshoot the Eco Rinse Machine, EcoTex Reclaim Machine, and DTS machines like a pro Check every screen for accuracy and quality before it hits the line Share your know-how with teammates on best practices for screen use Keep production on schedule and help fine-tune the process along the way Bring L2 Brands' Core Values to life every single shift
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
No prior experience required, we'll teach you the ropes Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality A self-starter attitude with solid time management Comfort with basic math (adding, subtracting, percentages) A team-first mindset and a can-do attitude Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally, and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
