Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and teamwork are paramount. Duties Operate zinc / cadmium electro-plating lines. Handle materials and finished products safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Report repairs and minor maintenance on machinery such as: hoists, pumps, media blasters, etc. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including solution process control, inspection logs, and equipment maintenance records. Accurately follow job router instructions and perform process checks and inspections to support the process. Maintain traceability and organization throughout daily operations. Requirements Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing processes. Strong safety awareness with adherence to all safety protocols in a manufacturing setting. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
