In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our production and warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. Shift Availability:

What we offer… Starting pay of $20.00 per hour Weekly pay Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Opportunities for pay increases and career advancement A safe, supportive, and inclusive workplace Paid holidays and paid time off What you'll do… Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Pull carts using a tugger Operate the baler, paper baler, plastic baler, and shredder Weigh materials accurately using a scale Track bale tickets and complete data entry as required Perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility Clean up paper and scrap materials in production areas Inspect materials for quality defects Use equipment to move and stage bales Support various basic production and recycling tasks as needed What you'll need... Ability to safely operate industrial equipment (or willingness to be trained) Demonstrated ability to follow workplace procedures and safety standards Proven capability to meet safety and quality expectations Basic computer skills for data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in English to ensure effective training and communication; prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
