This position offers hands-on work with automated equipment and a clear path for pay increases as you gain experience and training.
Shift Options:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM (with overtime) Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM
  • 11:30 PM (with overtime) Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM (with overtime)
Pay Rate:
Starting at $16.50/hr $21.86/hr upon hire-in $23.05/hr with additional training Up to $24.74/hr with operator certification (typically within 6 months of hire-in) Benefits of working with Express as a

Production Operator:
High school diploma or GED Attention to detail and safety Reliability Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
