We are looking for hardworking Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will run machines, check product quality, and help make items that are ready to sell. ... No advanced experience is needed—we are looking for reliable team players who are eager to learn on the job!
Responsibilities:
Learn how to run production machines safely and efficiently.
Look over products to make sure they are made correctly. Separate any items that do not meet standards.
Change tools and adjust machine settings when switching to different products.
Enter simple numbers and daily manufacturing steps into our computer database.
Clean machines and do basic regular checkups to keep equipment running smoothly.
Keep your work area tidy and follow safety rules, including wearing protective gear (like safety glasses or gloves).
Pass along important notes to operators on the next shift and work closely with supervisors.
Education:
High School High School Diploma or GED Experience:
12 months Good hand skills (manual dexterity) to handle small parts and tools safely.
Good communication, ability to follow instructions, and a positive team-first attitude.
Able to stand, handle repetitive tasks, and lift up to 30 pounds
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Physical:
Standing / Walking
Repetitive Motion
PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)
Skills:
Ability to read basic instructions and write notes for shift changes.
Simple arithmetic to count items and record production numbers.
Good hand dexterity to safely work with small parts, tools, and machines.

Experience using basic tools like rulers, calipers, or micrometers to check product sizing.
