Responsibilities:

Operate various shoe manufacturing machinery involving use of hands and feet. Inspect fabrics and leather products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly Adjust machine settings and controls based on fabric type and production requirements. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times

Qualifications:

Ability to follow patterns, blueprints, and technical instructions. Ability to meet minimum production goals. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently. Physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must pass pre-employment drug screen On the job training provided.

Pay:

$12.00/hour with additional piece-rate earning potential of up to $25.00/hour and higher based on production efficiency. $1/hour bonus pay for weekly perfect attendance.

Work Hours:

1st shift, Monday thru Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturday mornings. Shifts typically start at 7AM and may last up to 10 hours based on daily production demands. EOE.
