Job Description
Overview We are a growing company seeking a dedicated and skilled production workers in a chemical manufacturing environment. As a production worker, you will play a vital role in the assembly and blending of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. The position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Follow all safety rules, practices and protocols Operate chemical blending, mixing, and packaging equipment Safely operate forklifts as needed for material handling Adhere to quality standards while blending chemical components according to specifications Monitor blending process and report inconsistencies or issues Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues during production. Assist in maintaining clean and organized work areas in manufacturing facility Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role Ability to work under minimal supervision Attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures for manufacturing Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner Basic mechanical knowledge including experience with hand tools and power tools Experience in a manufacting facility or factory setting is preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes is also preferred
