Manufacturing Production Technician Milford, PA Full-Time | Day Shift Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Technician to join our team in Milford, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean production environment producing high-quality labels and signage while learning specialized equipment and manufacturing processes. Job Responsibilities Produce labels and signs using specialized printing and production equipment. Assist with all aspects of sign production including: Printing Cutting Laminating Hole punching Finishing and packaging Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and maintain accurate maintenance records. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on printing and production machinery. Complete simple machine repairs and document all repair activity. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure specifications are met. Learn and operate new equipment as introduced into the production environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements. Review and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and manufacturing processes. Utilize SAP for production-related activities and recordkeeping. Support additional projects and production tasks as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Comfortable working with computers and manufacturing equipment. SAP experience or familiarity with production-related systems preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Well-organized with strong time management skills. Dependable, responsible, and capable of meeting production deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong mathematical skills. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed. Schedule & Pay ✅ Monday - Friday ✅ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ✅ No Weekends ✅ $17.00 per Hour Why Apply?
