About the Role Timberlane is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in the Paint Area. This is a hands-on role in a modern production environment where you will help build custom exterior shutters using spray painting equipment, hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision, and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Prior painting woodworking or production experience is helpful, but just as important are reliability, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a strong team mindset. What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you will: Safely operate woodworking and production equipment. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble custom exterior shutters. Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production details. Prepare, prime , scuff and paint products. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Timberlane's quality standards. Package and prepare completed products for shipment. Support other areas of production as needed. Work as part of a team to meet quality, safety, and delivery goals. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Prior painting, woodworking, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience. The ability to read a tape measure accurately. Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract fractions. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Ability to climb steps. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. A reliable, team-oriented attitude. A willingness to learn new skills and contribute wherever needed. A commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
