Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laminator Helper for our Night Shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is vital in supporting the laminating process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment. Duties Assist with the setup and operation of converting machines, including flexo presses and other laminating equipment. Support the safe handling and manual loading of paper, packaging materials, and finished products. Help interpret production documents to ensure accurate material placement and process adherence. Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks to verify product specifications meet strict standards. Maintain safety protocol adherence by following established safety standards in production environments. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and adjustments on machinery to optimize performance. Support warehouse activities such as forklift operation for material movement and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience with forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, including printing, converting machines, and packaging. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to assist in machine adjustments and troubleshooting. Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safety standards in production environments. Ability to interpret technical documents related to production processes. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to dimensional specifications. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following safety protocols at all times.
