Set up and monitor stamping presses to ensure efficient production. Remove finished parts and perform visual quality inspections. Package products according to production requirements and specifications. Maintain production goals while meeting quality and safety standards. Inspect parts throughout the manufacturing process to ensure customer specifications are met. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Support other production and shop operations as needed. Follow established work instructions and safety procedures. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Voluntary Overtime Available Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing and machine shop environment specializing in metal stamping and precision-machined products. The work can be physically active and may involve exposure to warm temperatures, noise, and industrial equipment. Team members take pride in maintaining a safe, productive, and supportive workplace focused on quality craftsmanship. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Joy, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
