About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in our assembly operations by interpreting technical schematics to build high-quality products. Your contributions will directly impact our production efficiency and output quality while ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities Execute production tasks by accurately interpreting job orders and technical schematics. Prepare and organize necessary materials to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime. Utilize hand tools and power equipment to assemble components and perform essential product adjustments. Conduct rigorous safety assessments and quality inspections on materials to uphold our high standards. Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workstation to promote workplace safety and productivity. Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems and meet daily production targets. Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE to foster a secure environment for all staff. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks like kneeling, squatting, and twisting. Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Preferred Skills 1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technical processes and equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to measure and assemble components precisely.
