This is hands-on work in an industrial setting with heat, metal, equipment, and a lot of moving parts. We'll train the right person who shows up, works safely, and takes pride in doing it right. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical hands-on role in the melting, processing, and packaging of aluminum products in a continuous 24/7 operation.

Prior manufacturing or forklift experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a dedicated individual who is ready for a long-term career in manufacturing. Working Hours Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m., no less than 40 hours per week with overtime as needed Shift Type Rotating Key Responsibilities What you'll do (day-to-day) Depending on where you're assigned that shift, you may: Load aluminum ingots into a furnace Help remove/handle molten metal from the furnace (hot, serious safety focus) Screen and blend aluminum powder and tend blending towers Pack product into 55-gallon drums, supersacks, or railcars Move finished product using a forklift Do housekeeping/clean-up to keep the area safe and running well Required Education & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required) Work Environment Physical & Working Conditions (Realistic Job Preview) Schedule & Shifts This is a 12-hour shift position in a facility that runs 24/7, including weekdays and weekends. Shifts run 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (days) and 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. (nights). Here's how it works: You'll work 3 days on, then get 4 days off. Your shifts rotate between days and nights — one week you'll workdays, the next worknights. Your schedule is set well in advance, so you'll know exactly when you're working months ahead of time.

Every week includes a 4-day stretch off — more consecutive time off than a traditional Monday-through-Friday job. And because the schedule is predictable, you can plan around it. Reliable attendance matters in this role. Your team depends on every person showing up ready for their shift. Work Environment This is a heavy industrial aluminum powder manufacturing facility with furnaces, molten metal, powder processing equipment, noise, and dust. Parts of the facility are exposed to outdoor weather year-round, and all work is on-site. This company operates with a strong safety-first culture. PPE is required, safety protocols are followed closely and keeping each other safe is part of the job every single day.
You should be comfortable with:
