Work is performed onsite in the following counties: Montgomery. 40 Helper Production Worker positions available. Temporary, full time position from 10/01/2026 through 06/30/2027, 7:00am -3:15pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, Saturdays may be required 6a-2:15p, schedule varies. Must be willing to work some holidays. Workers will be paid Weekly at $23.09/hr, $34.64/hr OT. Workers will assist production workers in the manufacturing of concrete outdoor planters and statuary by manually filling molds with concrete; examine products to verify conformance to quality standards; move, load, unload products with handcarts and/or manual pallet jack; count, mark, tag products; package products into large cardboard boxes with wood shavings and shut with straps; clean work areas; may operate manual grinding tools and/or electric drill for seams and to open molds. Random drug testing during employment. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 70lbs. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
