Day & Night Shift Available Looking for Hands-On Manufacturing Maintenance Experience Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, and keeping operations moving. Pay is $22.00-$32.00 per hour based on relevant experience and skills. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and production equipment Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns Troubleshoot motors, controls, wiring, circuit breakers, sensors, and electrical components Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Read and follow schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Safely work with 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and maintenance equipment Document repairs and maintenance activities using computer-based systems Work safely and communicate with production and maintenance teams What We're Looking For 1-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, or a similar industrial environment Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic electrical troubleshooting experience Familiarity with motors, controls, wiring, and electrical components Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or technical drawings Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Helpful experience: Conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors/gearboxes, sensors and controls, welding/fabrication, preventive maintenance, or technical/trade school training.
