We manufacture consumer products for enhanced grip, right here in Lawrenceville. This Production job is located in-person during daytime shift hours (between 8am-4pm, M-F). The individual will perform duties related to product manufacturing, packaging, and routine quality checks. The worker will be trained and learn relevant processes in accordance with safe practices and product requirements. The processes in question will include packaging, manual assembly of small parts, labelling, heat sealing, and may also include adhesive priming, adhesive lamination, die cutting, quality inspections, and other manufacturing operations as needed. Candidates must demonstrate attentiveness to detail and a dedication to accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Setex Grip products are often small (such as nose pads for eyeglasses), requiring good dexterity to manipulate and good vision (aided or unaided). We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process for a growing startup. Responsibilities Build product based on bills of materials and manufacturing orders Operate simple manual, pneumatic and electric equipment Prepare finished goods for shipment. Support warehouse operations including materials handling, inventory management, and proper storage of hazardous substances. Document production activities accurately, including Manufacturing Orders, incident logs, and batch records Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with Engineering Practice good housekeeping, organization and safety Requirements Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing focus or motivation Comfortable learning to use new equipment Able to work independently and as part of a team; capable of building respectful working relationships with co-workers Good communication skills to raise concerns and ask questions Able to read, write and speak English fluently. High school or GED Prior work experience in manufacturing, assembly, or food service is preferred but not required

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
